The illustrations are solid & the writing is easy to read. I bought the e-book last week & read it in the span of a few days. I loved it so much that I am going to read it again next week. I am amazed with the amount of world building that went into Camp Redblood; the geography, history, lore, & characters had a ton of work put in.I highly recommend this book to anyone who (like me) has a penchant for the weird, a quirky/sarcastic sense of humor, and a nostalgic love of 80s 'summer camp' comedy movies such as Earnest Goes To Camp, or Meatballs... But not Friday the 13th... That movie wasn't very funny.

Great book!
I usually keep reading even when I'm bored with the story, but I gave up on this.
I absolutely loved this book I could not put it down. A great read can not wait for more from this author
If you took some R rated summer camp movies like Meatballs and Wet Hot American Summer then crossed them with some Harry Potter, it might look like Camp Redblood.
And that is a good thing.
